The JDL water and gas dual-purpose series drilling rig is a water well drilling equipment independently developed by Shandong Feiyang Group, which integrates water and gas drilling functions (National Invention Patent: ZL201510479602.4). It adopts a 525 gearbox for vehicles, which improves transmission efficiency by twice compared to hydraulic transmission, reduces power consumption by 35%, and is more efficient and energy-saving. Solved the difficulties of air DTH hammer drilling in soil layers and the low construction efficiency of rotary drilling machines in hard rock, gravel, and pebble layers.

JDL-280 Main Features:

　　1.The drilling rig can reach a speed range of 33-1120r/min and output a maximum torque of 9800N. m.

　　2.The drilling rig adopts a long travel speed doubling mechanism and a mechanical power head, with a power head stroke of 2300mm, to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drilling blockage and burning accidents.

3.The drilling rig adopts a dual oil pump for oil supply, with a single pump used for drilling and a dual pump combined for lifting in and out of the hole; Low power loss and short auxiliary time.
